Judges Meeting is at 11am.

As we quickly approach the first Georgia Beef Board Steak Showdown at the Quaker State 400 Available at Walmart, I want to be sure all of our judges have the information they need on what to expect upon arrival at the track.

Upon arrival at the track, each judge will need to go to the main infield tunnel. This is where they will receive a wristband & vehicle pass giving them access to the infield. You will need to show an id. I have attached a map that shows where the infield tunnel is and the tent/homebase they won’t be able to miss once they get in the infield.

The address they can put into GPS and will take them straight to the infield tunnel is: 750 Speedway Blvd, Hampton, GA 30228

Parking & Admission

Please make sure the judges know that the wristband and vehicle pass will be available for them to pick up at the infield tunnel starting Thursday, July 7th at 2pm.

What I need from you to make sure this process is seamless for your judges is:

First and last name for infield wristbands

First and last name to put parking pass under (if there is a couple or friends riding together)

Camping
