And, as an SCA Certified Judge, you are eligible to participate at any SCA sanctioned event!
Our class is comprised of 4 parts:
Ribeye 101 - Learn about one of the best cuts of beef and why we love it.
Steak Judging 101 - Learn the entire judging process – it’s more than just taste!
Ancillary Judging 101 - Learn about delicious side category judging as well.
Table Captain 101 - Learn how all judge positions are crucial to the judging process.
If you are a cook new to the world of steak cookoffs or just want to up your game,
this class is invaluable for your competition knowledge and planning!
*You must be at least 13 years old & join SCA membership prior to registering for a Certified Judge class.
All Memberships & Judge Certifications are per person per email address.
The number of events judged is tracked by the computer system when they register. However, each judge must keep track and notify SCA when reaching PRIME or 100+ Club. All judge positions receive credits - not just seated judges. If you sign up and do not attend the event you will NOT receive credit for the event.
