The kids MUST turn in 2 Pork Chops - 1 whole for appearance judging and 6 pieces for the judges to taste.
The Pork Chops will be judged on appearance, taste, texture, and overall impression.
NO garnish allowed in the box and foil discs will be provided for the boxes.
